My name is Priscilla O'Sullivan, and I'm the owner of Bellissima Photography. Recently married in 2003, I decided to pursue my first love, (before my husband :) and Bellissima was born! I chose the name because it means "beautiful" in Italian. What a perfect description for those moments that mean the most. I am married to an amazing guy who is constantly reminding me of how great I am, and I have a 3 year old daughter Kailee, and just expanded our family with the addition of our son, Rylan. That's the basic scoop on me. Keep checking the posts to find out more!

It's a New Year!

Hi Everyone!

It's a brand new year, and I'm so excited! 2008 was a wonderful year, and I want to thank all of my great clients that helped make that happen! At my last wedding in December, I was talking to Dan the groom, as we were watching another photographer do their thing with another couple, and you could tell the couple didn't want to be there. And I told him that I'm very lucky to have such great clients. We have fun all day, getting what we need while having a good time. That's how it's suppose to be. Somehow the clients who choose me, well, we're a perfect match. Over the time we definitely form a friendship, which I think makes the entire process so great, for both of us! This year was no different. I was able to shoot some great weddings for some great couples, and was so happy to share in their day. I had a few of my couples while getting up in front of their guests to thank their parents and bridal party, who thanked me for doing such a good job. How awesome is that!

So thank you to all my clients! I can't wait to share what's new for the upcoming year!

Well, I can't post without a picture, right?? So here's one I took this Christmas. From left to right is Kailee with her cousins Emily and Grace. Emily is 5 and Grace is 2 1/2, and they are sisters. Not that I need to tell you, b/c they look exactly a like! So I know my own daughter and my nieces well, so getting the right pose was crucial in how long they were going to sit still for me, which was exactly about 1 second before one of them looked away or one of them sqeezed the other WAY to hard. Somehow you always get what you need though! Enjoy

Happy New Year!!!

Well, another year has passed, and darn, was it quick! I decided this year to take a much needed
vacation around the Christmas season, and I'm so glad that I did. Unfortunately, the entire family got sick. Right after Christmas, Kailee got the stomach flu, then I got it, and then poor James got it. Kailee had the it the longest, I felt awful. It's a terrible feeling to know there's nothing you can do for your child. So this year, we stayed in for the New Year to recoup. We had a great time. We watched Ratatouille, and Kailee's expressions were priceless. She was giggling, and kept looking at us everytime something funny happened. By the time the movie was over, it was already 11:30....and Kailee was still up. So I remembered we still had some party hats left over, so we busted them out! Take a look!

And I had to add this picture in of Kailee. I took it when we went to see Santa...doesn't she look like a little doll? She is going to be 2 at the end of this month, I still can't believe it. She's talking so much now, she's like a little person. Oh, my little baby is all grown up!

So, now to my New Year's resolution......to blog more, to lose some weight, to spend more time with my family and friends. (There will be more on that later)

Okay, so you guys will be my constant nag throughout the year...Priscilla, where's a new post? Priscilla, don't eat that, Priscilla, what are you doing on the computer at 11:00pm, you need to get your sleep so you can play with Kailee tomorrow! Talk to you all soon!
